Highly recommend Natural Smiles, as a child I had some bad experiences with dentists that left me terrified of them and I avoided seeing one at all costs.But I knew I couldn't avoid them forever so after seeing the excellent reviews for Natural Smiles I made an appointment for a check up and it's one of the best things I have ever done.I saw Wahhab who was brilliant about my anxiety with no judgement at all about my dental neglect, he is really friendly with a calm manner that puts you at ease.Had a little bit of work done to get things back in good shape, virtually no pain at all and each visit has been a really positive experience.I have gone from being terrified of seeing a dentist to now finding it a relaxing and pleasant experience, something I never expected!Also a word for the rest of the team there, they are all so friendly, helpful and always smiling, its a pleasure visiting them.

I’ve always been scared of dentists , however, at Natural Smiles this completely changed for me. From the first visit, Bhav made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. My teeth were in a bad state—fragile and with some missing—but Bhav recommended implants, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was pain-free and handled with such professionalism. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and confidence he’s given me. Highly recommend! First visit since my temporary teeth have been fitted 8 weeks ago and 100% success rate with my 11 implants. Absolutely buzzing. Bhav is a magician. A couple more visits and my porcelain finals will be ready to go. I chose the colour today so exciting times ahead! This experience is life-changing and cannot recommend this enough. I have had several years using this dentists and undergone fillings and some crowns.Recently, after a consultation with the dentists about a decayed tooth, top jaw at the back, I was impressed with the attention I received. The dentist was very honest and fair, considering that they are a private practice which people might think just means money making.As the tooth was not actually used for chewing, extraction was the cheapest and quckest procedure. The dentist could easily have made a story up and talked me into root canal treatment which would have been expensive.I did take take Diazapam to calm my nerves. He was very kind and explained the procudure. I was numbed up. It was done very quickly, astonishingly quicky.I highly recommend Natural Smiles.

I cannot recommend Bhav and the team enough. 2 years ago I needed a tooth implant, the process from start to finish was explained very well, and all went exactly according to plan. And when fitted it was impossible to tell which tooth it was. So 2 years later when I needed another implant, I didn’t hesitate to come straight back to Natural Smiles in Corby. Everything again went exactly according to plan. Wanting implants and not a forever plate I did my research. I came across Natural Smiles and the Corby clinic was nearest to me.My journey so far has been excellent. From meeting Carol Boyd who was not only friendly, helpful and 100% knowledgable, did everything she could to put me at ease.My implant surgeon/surgery was fantastic. Being a nervous dental patient I can honestly say it has been nothing but plain sailing. All the girls there are brilliant and Carol ensured nothing was too much trouble for me. Absolutely amazing! I've always been terrified of the dentist and struggled with treatment. Anisha and Kate are absolutely brilliant. Both kind, patient and made me feel so relaxed. Oral sedation was also an option which helped as I had a lot of treatment but by the end I had a tooth extraction last minute without! Very proud of myself. Anisha listens, advises and guides she always walks me through what's going to happen and why and always checks in. She always keeps my diabetes in mind too with checking my blood sugars and helped me deal with a hypo at one of my appointments.Reception ladies are friendly and welcoming and everyone is always smiling. I can't wait for my check up now!First class service from beginning to end. I will be with this practice for life now.

I have been a patient of Corby Natural Smiles Dental Practice for a while now having initially gone with a query about implants.After a thorough consultation with the implant surgeon Dr. Bhav. I decided to go ahead with a treatment plan.I am now delighted to say that my implants are all in place and looking fantastic.Along the way everything was explained and all my questions answered.In the past with other practises I had issues with the numbing injections and explained this to Dr. Bhav. who reassured me that this would not be a problem. Booked into Natural Smiles in Corby for a consultation with Viran as one of my crowns was loose and the root was fractured so therefore unable to save it. After a very thorough check up and scans, x-rays carried out, a plan was set up to start me on my way for a new smile to help me feel so much better in my self regarding my teeth. My goodness I am so happy I took their advice and now I feel so much more confident in how I look and feel about myself. I have new inplants and can't believe how much difference they make to my face.....Amazing!!! Just wish I had started this journey sooner. I came to Natural Smiles to see Anisha. For an emergency appointment. Highly anxious and nervous. I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked through the door. Reception staff were extremely friendly. I was then greeted by Katie. Who took me through to the room and introduced me to Anisha. They both explained what was going to happen. I've been scared of dentist ever since school dentist. After deciding to go to Natural Smiles they have all been amazing at putting you at ease. Dr Anmol Bal has been brilliant she explains everything every step of the way, you decide the pace of treatment needed to be done. She will always ask if you are ok during treatment and if you wanted to stop for a minute or so. Its been such a positive experience after the treatments and now my next appt is for a check up. Would NOT recommend getting Invisalign with Natural Smiles. Had a very delayed process; when I started I was told my dentist would be working one day a week which would’ve been fine. Very quickly and without anyone telling me, he cut down to one day a month. Add on top annual leave and illness, it ended up being months before I could get an appointment mid treatment. After bringing up my level of dissatisfaction with the clinic I was told that I would be looked after by the customer service team, the very next thing that happened was they failed to notify me when my next set of retainers came in and again I was left an additional month without being able to proceed.By the end of treatment I was not fully happy with where some of my teeth had sat but was told that nothing more could be done and, frankly, I did not want to keep going through the same hoops I had been for the last two years. I agreed to end my treatment but without being fully happy with the results.Once my treatment was finished and I needed some finishing touches doing up, they gave me a price which was way over I was willing to pay but they said this was for the best. I went to a nearby dentist to get another quote which was half the price, was able to be completed immediately, offered great customer service and I am THRILLED with the result. I only wish I had gone to this other dentist to begin with.I’d recommend looking at other local practices before booking in Invisalign with Natural Smiles so you don’t have to go through what I did.

I really love coming to the practice. Amy at reception is always on-point and helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure she can fit you in and keeps you updated of any cancellations so you can get an earlier appt if needed. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Dr Bal and Dr Waghela both of which are extremely knowledgeable in their fields and thoroughly explain any procedures you choose to go for. They always have your best interest at heart and I can say that I 100% trust them with my smile. I’ve always found it hard to find a dental practice I can trust and having this practice in Leicester is a big win. I’ve been with them for 4 years now and couldn’t recommend it enough!

In the last few months I have had routine scale and polish, stain removal, fillings, composite bonding on 4 front teeth, and received retainers to hold my now perfectly aligned teeth in place. Friendly and professional dentist who removed all my old amalgam fillings and did a lot of work on saving my teeth from tooth decay that was overlooked by other dentists. Reasonable pricing for the service provided. Thorough in diagnosis. And you get to watch TV while having work done 👍 I highly recommend.Follow up:I had a tooth that couldn't be saved, felt like it was overly sensitive and eventually the nerve began to die. I had to have it removed in emergency by a local dentist. I recommend if people have work done, do it in parts to see how teeth adjust. This one the filling was quite deep and the nerve was compromised but that's what you get with a large cavity.

Everything about this dentist practice works for me...their attention to detail on their website drew me in; they provide info to help their clients make informed decisions on their care and treatment. They clearly seek to 'educate' clients and this sets them apart from most practices I have come across and attended.Carolyne (New Patient Co-ordinator) was absolutely lovely and thorough in providing information, making me feel at ease and helping me navigate the joining process and keeping me abreast of the next steps- she was really kind, genuine and knowledgeable.I eventually saw Dr Anmol Bal for cosmetic work and her attention to detail is exemplary, an honest, personable, patient clinician and a person who evidently takes pride in her work- and delivers great results! I am really happy with every aspect of my care here. You are not treated like a number being sifted through the service- I will be returning for certain. The ladies at the front desk are really welcoming too- I have been nothing but, consistent praise for the Leicester branch!

My dentist retired pre covid and I had not had a check up for a few years and anxiety about going to the dentist had really kicked in. I made many phone calls to private dentists as I wanted same day crowns and found Natural Smiles, a dentist my brother also goes to. I have had lots of treatment done since first attending in April 2023 including 2 root canals, fillings, gum treatment and 4 crowns. I see Anubha Pareek and have to say she is so kind and caring and patient and has completely changed my feelings about going to the dentist. I want to share with you the joy I felt when Dr Waghela handed me the mirror to show me my new teeth. Wow, what can I say I am incredibly happy with my Enlighten Smile experience!! I was actually with a different dentist based in Leicester and came over to Natural Smiles after I was pushed and pushed to buy products I did not want or even need. I was completely put off until I was recommended to go to Natural Smiles. There was no selling of all the teeth procedures under the Sun but simply asked what I was comfortable doing to perfect my smile and they had my price range in mind.I wanted to have my teeth whitened for years and with my upcoming wedding in July I knew it was time to proceed. I was treated with care and smiling faces from the receptionist to the dentist. They cared about me and gave me guidance from start to finish! I was able to pay in instalments and came out with a perfect white smile after 4 weeks.I just want to say thank you for being honest people who genuinely care about their patients!I promise you you are in good hands!

I didn't visit the dentist for 17yrs due to a phobia. Although my teeth were okay I had gum disease. I decided to have Invisaligns and 4 veneers on the top set of teeth. Having spent most of my lifetime in a dental practice, I was apprehensive when I needed private treatment for some dental implants to replace quite a few missing teeth. Dr Bhavnish has been nothing but amazing! He explained the process thoroughly, addressed any concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Dr Waghela went through the options I had, took into consideration how I felt about each treatment option and was able to recommend which would work best for me. The treatment was exactly how he explained and immediately I could see results. Overall I am extremely happy with the result and it turned out exactly how I wanted.
